I experienced profound loss at the age of 10 when my mom passed away from a condition called Chiari Malformation. Having 15+ years of grieving experience, I’ve now adopted ancestral practices to help me cope with the absent physical presence of my mother and experience greater connection to the spiritual essence of my mom.

My first love is and has always been dance. After training professionally in dance for over 20 years, I let go of my career pursuits and stepped into my purpose work with Healthy+Well. While I no longer pursue dance professionally, it is very much so ingrained into all that I do and who
I am.
